Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on krikya11 is ৳100. Supported deposit methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Once a deposit is successfully completed, it may take some time to be reflected in the account.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to complete. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.3 Transaction Limits

krikya11 may set daily or weekly deposit and withdrawal limits to ensure account security and fair use. These limits may change depending on circumstances.

5.4 Source of Funds

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on krikya11 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, which will be stated in the description of that offer.
• Withdrawals from a bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonus balance is always kept separate from cash balance; the bonus balance remains a bonus and is not cash.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.

6.3 VIP Cashback

krikya11's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. A portion of net losses each week is returned as weekly cashback. For example, if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on krikya11. Engaging in any of them may result in the account being immediately closed and the balance being forfeited:

1. Manipulation or Fraud: Attempting to gain an advantage through any technical error, software vulnerability or other dishonest means.
2. Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering or transferring illegal funds.
3. Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account on behalf of the same person or household.
4. Use of Third-Party Funds: Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment method.
5. Bots or Automated Software: Placing bets or playing games using automated programs instead of human activity.
6. Bonus Abuse: Registering under multiple identities for the purpose of claiming promotional benefits, or attempting to circumvent bonus conditions.
7. Accessing Another Person's Account: Entering or attempting to enter another member's account without permission.

Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, krikya11 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• If any clause of these Terms is breached.
• If it is established that false or incomplete information was provided at registration.
• If fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
• If the required documents for identity verification are not provided after being requested.
• If an order is received from a court or relevant authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. It is advisable to withdraw any balance before requesting account closure. A temporary break (self-exclusion) for responsible gaming reasons is also available.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

krikya11 always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or failure of third-party services. krikya11 will not be liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.

9.2 Game Results

All game and betting results are determined through a verifiable random number generator (RNG) or live broadcast. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, krikya11 reserves the right to determine the correct result.

9.3 Third-Party Services

If any issue arises due to a third-party payment provider or game provider, that specific entity is responsible. However, krikya11 will cooperate in resolving the issue.
